Make the Waffles
- Heat up the waffle maker and put a little bit of oil on the plates to prevent sticking.
- Mix the peanut butter and egg in a mixing bowl. It takes a minute to get them to blend well, and I find a fork is easiest. Add a pinch of salt.
- Spoon the mixture into the waffle maker. Depending on the size of your waffle maker, you may use the entire mix. My mini waffle maker makes two or three waffles from this quantity.
- Remove from the waffle maker when lightly browned on both sides.
Toppings
- Add some chopped up strawberries and maple syrup. Or any combination of your favourite toppings.
